We’re so very thrilled to announce the launch of our new website and online cannabis menu at Dawson Creek Cannabis Co. Our customers can now browse our entire collection, discover new products, reserve and pre-pay for their orders online using our easy to use online menu. Once ordered, simply pop by the store and we will have your order ready for safe and contactless pickup. In addition to serving our customers even more effectively, this new website marks an important milestone for us as forward thinking business as we transition to support the new world of e-commerce.

One of the most important pieces of feedback we’ve received from our customers is that they had no idea what a huge range of products we carry. Operating in a highly regulated industry we’re under a great deal of pressure and scrutiny to manage our inventory carefully in-store and as such it’s been difficult to showcase our product lines for easy browsing. To put it simply, unless you ask one of our friendly staff about a certain product you may never know what products exist in our wide inventory of CBD, THC and combination based products.

Our new online cannabis menu solves this problem by making it incredibly simple to search, filter and discover our entire inventory with a few clicks. Now you can browse by category, product type, size, strain and more. We’ve also added category deep-linking to our online menu that allows you to sort by your favourites like edibles, vaporizers, topicals, flowers, oils and pre-rolls.
Ordering is simple… Start by finding the product(s) you’re looking for using our new online cannabis menu. When you find a product you like, you can either click the product image to view more information or simply add it to your cart. When you’re ready to place your order, click the cart icon to begin your checkout.
On the checkout page you’ll select a pick-up time and then choose whether you’d like to be notified when your order is ready either via email or phone number. You can also choose to reserve your order and pay-in-store or pre-pay online so that you can simply walk-in, grab your order and go.
When you submit your order our front desk staff will get notified. They’ll quickly find the products in store, package them up and then confirm your order. When your order is confirmed you will receive an email or text message letting you know that you can head to the store at your pre-selected pick-up time. And, because our online ordering system is tied into our inventory management tool you’ll only ever see products online that we actually have in stock — how sweet is that?!
